Kitchen Crafts - How to Make Bread

I love the smell of fresh bread when it is baking. I usually make the cinnamon raisin bread in my mom's bread machine. I have always wanted to try to make whole wheat bread but never got around to it After all whole wheat bread is better for you. I never tried to make whole wheat bread because I am the type of person that wants to make the bread from scratch. The bread machine is great, it does all the work for you, but it leaves a weird taste in your mouth. Call me crazy but it just doesn't seem fresh, or yummy.
